Q: My feet swell and i find some shoes are uncomfortable, are there any shoes which i can adjust through the day.

A: Yes, shoes with velcro fastenings are ideal for swelling feet. There are a number of good quality velcro fastening shoes boots and slippers on the site which range in width fron E to 6E.

 Q. I think i have fallen arches as my feet appear flat. I also have pain in my feet which spreads up my legs. Is this a problem?

A. We do come across numerous cases of 'fallen arches' which appear as a flat foot with no visible gap below. We always recommend a visit to your GP or a proffessional podiatrist for help and advice. The simple facts are that it is widely recognised that foot problems can often cause other issues further up the skeletal frame. If in doubt consult a proffesional.
