All prices quoted on this site are updated and regulated on a daily basis. We can accept no responsibility for confusion or misenterpretation of the site or our terms and conditions. Should you have any questions and/or queries relating to our charges delivery or products you should contact us at sales@shoevillage.co.uk for clarification of the terms before placing an order.There are occasions when due to external factors prices may change. In these circumstances we aim to maintain the price shown, however should it be nessessary to amend a price whilst the order is ongoing we will endeavour to contact you and advise of said changes.
Delivery. All deliveries are sent as soon as is practicable and our aim is for your order to be despatched within 24 hours. However please allow 7 - 10 days for your order to arrive. For urgent deliveries please contact us and it may be possible for alternative arrangements to be made. We can accept no responsibility for late delivery which is due to our carriers. All orders unless specified will be despached carriage free within mainland UK. Overseas purchasers must contact us for shipping costs before placing orders. Should the product you have ordered be temporarily out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours and advise. We will offer an alternative or alternative delivery date or refund payment.
Virus protection. We can accept no liability for any loss, disruption or damage to your computer or data processing systems when using this site. We make every effort to ensure that virus risks are addressed. Use of our site is solely at your own risk.
Returns. Returns are accepted for non fitting and faulty goods. Should you be dissatified with your purchase we must be notified stating the exact nature of the fault/return within 48 hours of delivery. If returning goods to us you are obliged to pay for postage.This will not be refunded. Please return using a proven system. Proof of postage cannot be used as proof of delivery. Please ensure all goods being returned are securely wrapped and clearly marked. We cannot be responsible for damage in transit. All returns should be sent to our address as noted on your invoice. On receipt all goods will be inspected and are expected to be in new, unused condition complete with original packaging and tags attached for unworn returns and complete with details of faults and usage for worn returns. If any packaging or their associated parts are missing we reserve the right to charge a restocking charge commensurate with the faulty/missing items. Faulty goods will be inspected on return and should the product be deemed faulty a decision to offer replacement or refund will be made. In some cases the product will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment before any replacement or refund will be offered, should this situation arise you will be informed.
Refunds. Refunds will only be issued if and when the correct procedure as noted above is followed. Refunds will be made using the same method as original payment, less any costs for repackaging etc as deemed neccessary. We will advise you of any charges levied before issuing your refund. Due to banking procedures refunds may take up to 30 days to be credited.
