Free Delivery to all UK postcodes.
We strive to ensure that all UK postcode deliveries are despatched free of charge within 24 hours of order and payment. Should we find that a delivery may take longer we will of course advise. 
All international delivery charges must be requested and agreed before placing order.
We use third party delivery services and cannot be held responsible for late delivery.

Returns & Replacements

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.
Order cancellations can be accepted within 12 hours only to qualify for a full refund and you must contact us immediately.
If you wish to cancel an order after this time it is essential that you contact us immidiately.
If the item has already been despatched any refund due will be delayed until the product is returned and received by us. In this circumstance the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any refund offered will be minus our original shipping cost.

We want our customers to be delighted with their purchase. If after reciept you are not happy with your chosen product you can return it to us. It is essential that you advise of your wish to return within 7 days of receipt. 
On receipt of your returned goods we will inspect the packaging and product. 
The returned item must be unused and in a resaleable condition (including packaging) 
We will then issue a refund.
Should the product or packaging be returned in an unsaleable condition we will contact you to advise the appropriate course of action.

All products are inspected before despatch but if in the unlikely event there is a fault with any of our products please contact us in the first instance so we can address the matter with you.

In the unlikely event that a product has been listed for sale on the site at an incorrect price we reserve the right to withdraw that item from sale. If in this instance an order has been placed together with payment we will issue a full refund as soon as practicable. We will also contact the purchaser to advise.
